Hello Wally Ingram fans! We have lots of good news to report on drummer & percussionist Wally Ingram.
To kick off 2010, Wally is staying busy this month! THIS WEEK Wally has two SoCal gigs: a show with Tom Freund @ Stronghold in Venice (1/12) & another with Eric McFadden & Friends @ Molly Malone's (1/16). Ticket, time & venue details for these shows are listed below. SoCal music fans, come show your support!
Next up, Wally will travel to the Midwest for a run of shows with the Freedy Johnston Band. These shows will take place in Chicago & Rock Island, Illinois and the weekend will also include a TV performance (WGN) and a session at Daytrotter.com. Freedy Johnston has a new album coming out, Rain on the City, which is his 1st release of original songs in eight years!

and Wally Ingram has confirmed their Winter 2010 Tour. The Stockholm Syndrome tour will stretch over three weeks and cross the Rockies and move down the West Coast. Wally will join his old friend Freedy Johnston for a run of shows in the Midwest in January 2010.
Freedy Johnston has a new album coming out, Rain on the City, which is his 1st release of original songs in eight years.
Recorded in Nashville with producer Richard McLaurin, Freedy delivers one of the best song collections of his career, featuring a diverse array of radio friendly rockers, heartbreaking twang, even hints of blue-eyed soul and bossa nova.

Stockholm Syndrome recently went into the studio to record a follow up to their debut album Holy Happy Hour. The band spent two weeks in the studio in Northern California at Prairie Sun Recording in Cotati (Sonoma County).
Prairie Sun Recording is a unique studio that has hosted the likes of Carlos Santana, Tom Waits, Nine Inch Nails, John Hammond, Les Claypool, Neko Case & Paul McCartney to name a few! With one studio
album released, a new studio album set for release in early 2010 and
multiple tours behind them, Stockholm Syndrome has transcended being
just a side project. Stockholm Syndrome is a band.
